If you have a property that you would like to rent out and would like us to take on the management, here are some costs that you need to know (all prices shown below are inclusive of VAT other than where stated):

  • Hand Over of Keys

  • Lodge tenants deposit within the DPS

  • Court Attendance fee - £48 per hour
  • Preparing and delivery of legal notices - £75
  • Cutting Keys – when additional keys are requested by the landlord there will be a charge of £14.40 plus the cost of the keys

Take-over

If a landlord requests that we take over management of a property Mid- tenancy, there will be a:

  • Referencing fee of £120
