You told us, we have listened 

Recently we asked our landlords to complete a short survey about their experiences of employing Grow Property to manage their rental properties for them. We were delighted to receive so many responses and more so with such positive feedback. 

Nearly 70% of our Landlords gave Grow Property a minimum rating of 7 out of ten or higher in one of the questions which generally asked about how we handled the overall rental management of their property, with over 80% of landlords stating they were happy to stay with us as their property lettings management company. Also in the survey, nearly 70% of respondents said they would have happy to recommend us on further as a property letting management company. 

When asked the key reasons why landlords stayed with us they stated that our competitive management fees and complete management services were the most desirable factors. 

We did receive some feedback from a small proportion of respondents who said that our way of communicating with them could be improved. We fully intend to action this and will shortly be developing an online property portal whereby landlords, tenants and Grow Property can submit direct messages, job requests, help and historically hold data about each property we manage. The key benefits for the landlord are that they can view rental payments, view job statuses and communicate with Grow Property online. Tenants will also have access to the portal to submit job requests and will firstly be given help to try and fix the problem themselves through tutorials that will be uploaded to the portal. It is hoped that the portal will give greater transparency to everyone accessing it.
